SHIPPING GUIDE
Angelibebe delivers to your every need! You can have your order delivered to your home or have a gift delivered to a relative or friend. For special occasions, you can opt to have your order gift-wrapped with our charming tissue paper and stickers, along with a special card. We will handwrite a message of your choice and add it to the gift. Please contact us at customercare@angelibebe.com and we will have your item gift-wrapped.
Delivery charges vary depending on the geographical area of shipping address.
For selected regions with a minimum order value, we offer FREE shipping to Singapore and FREE EXPRESS International Shipping.
* Free shipping is for small and medium items (up to 2kg total) with a minimum purchase. Orders that are high in value (>US$500) or high volume are subject to additional shipping charges, based on volumetric weights. Please contact us at customercare@angelibebe.com for further questions.

DELIVERY
Singapore Standard Shipments
We ship within 48 hours of confirmed payment receipt via Ninja Van or RoadBull. For your package to be dispatched on the same working day, you must place and pay for your order before 12 noon (Singapore local time) from Monday to Friday. Your order will be dispatched on the following working day if you order after 12 noon. All deliveries are tracked; the tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
*** Singapore Express Shipment / Same-Day Courier Service
For your package to be delivered on the same working day, you must place and pay for your order before 12 noon (Singapore local time) from Monday to Friday. All deliveries are tracked; the tracking information will be emailed / text to you upon dispatch.
International Shipments
All international shipment orders are shipped securely via DHL Express Worldwide or Federal Express. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch. Due to local transit time and customs clearance, international shipping may take up to 3 weeks to reach you regardless of inbound shipping time to your country.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For all international shipping outside of Singapore you are responsible for settling related duties, imports and local taxes on your order with the respective local customs or tax authorities, upon delivery of your order. We assume no obligation for customs, duties and taxes on your order or for delivery delays related to them.
