Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes the things you buy online aren’t quite what you were looking for. You can return unwanted items for STORE CREDIT within 21 DAYS of the date you received your order.

Proof of store credit for all returned items will be emailed to you as soon as your return is processed.  Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the store credit to appear in your account.

Sale of all discounted/sale merchandise is final – we will not entertain returns, exchanges or store credit refunds.

For your convenience, we inspect all our products prior to shipping for damages and inconsistencies.  We strongly advise that you check all products upon delivery before removing any tags and labels.

Returns in Singapore

Download a Return Form or use the return form provided in your package (include your order number to speed things up).

Package the item securely, please ensure that your complete Returns Form is within the package.

Within 21 days of the original delivery date, you can either :

a) Email us ([email protected]) with subject: “Return Purchase” and include your pick-up location. We will confirm your email and arrange for the returned items to be picked-up at your location (home or office).

You’ll have to pay for Delivery charge / postage (including if we pickup from your home or office), but we will ship your next purchase or the exchanged items for free.

International Returns

Returning an item:

Download a Return Form or use the return form provided in your package (include your order number to speed things up).

Package the item securely; please ensure that your completed Returns Form is within the package.

RETURNS POLICY

We will accept returned item(s) only if they are in perfect condition (unworn and undamaged) and in their original packaging, including all tags, labels and packaging (Angelibebe cloth dust bag, blister pack, etc), within the time limit mentioned above.

Returned items that are missing tags and/or damaged, stained, soiled or altered will not be accepted as return, nor will we send it back to to the customer.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are not returnable.

Shoes should be returned in their original shoe box. We will not accept shoes with any sign of wear and tear. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted or clean surface.

Gift Returns

If you have received a gift purchased on Angelibebe, you can exchange it for another item(s) of the same value or more. Please note that you will be required to pay any difference in cost, as well as additional shipping, taxes, and import duties. Any unused credit will remain in your account for your next purchase.

Notes on Returns

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery and waterproof packaging. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Angelibebe / Caxas (Far East) Pte Ltd; we will assume items have not been returned until they arrive at our fulfilment center.

All items returned must include a completed Returns Form. Unidentified packages may be returned to sender.

Shipping, handling and customs charges are not refundable. Any duties or fees for international returns billed to us will be deducted from the store credit issued.

Notes on Exchanges

We are unable to directly exchange items. If you wish to exchange items, please return items for store credit, and place a new order using the store credit for the item you want (subject to availability).

These items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received with the completed returned forms, and have undergone our internal quality checks.
